  •  Diabetes type 1 and type 2: Diabetes 1 is a condition in which the pancreas fails to produce insulin. However, in type 2 diabetes, the pancreas produces less insulin than usual. Insulin is consistently provide to the diabetic patients of both types through injections or by using pumps. Doctor regularly monitors the patient’s glucose levels in hospital.

 

  • Osteoporosis Treatment: Osteoporosis occurs when the formation of new bone does not able to replace the loss of old bone which results in a gaps between the bones expand wider. Doctor usually prescribe combination of medications including bisphosphonates for the treatment of osteoporosis. However, intravenous infusion of zoledronic acid is also given to the patient in case of severe conditions.

  •  Pituitary Diseases: Acromegaly, Cushing's disease, juvenile diabetes, empty sella syndrome, hypothalamus, and endocrine tumours are all examples of pituitary gland problems. Pituitary tumours, the majority of which are harmless, can cause pituitary issues. Treatment for these diseases may vary from person to person’s state of severity.

 

  • ·Thyroid Disorder Treatment: Thyroid disorders often include the treatment procedures with medications without surgery. Doctor first test either there is a deficiency of thyroid hormone or the over-production and alternatively prescribe thionamide medications for the treatment of over-production or levothyroxine medications for the deficiency of thyroid hormone.

 

  • Thyroid Surgery: Thyroid surgeries are often performed for the patients with severe thyroid gland disorders which cannot be treated with the medicines. It involves a throughout surgical operation which either removes the excess thyroid hormones or by injecting thyroid hormones externally to balance the levels of thyroid hormone in thyroid gland.  

 

  • Thyroid Swelling: Thyroid swelling is a condition caused by the excessive production of thyroid hormone resulting in the expansion and swelling of thyroid. It is often treated by a combination of medicines prescribed by the doctor or if get worse, surgery is performed to remove the excessive hormone or by infusion of medicines directly to reduce swelling.
