Dr. Akshay Mehta is a Cardiologist, he has an experience of 42 years.

He is specialized in procedures like Cardiac catheterisation, coronary angioplasty, Coronary angiogram, peripheral angiography and many others.

He got Best Student Award for Standing first in SSC amongst all Schools in Andheri area. prior to MBBS, Dr. Akshay did MD in General Medicine from King Edward Memorial Hospital and Seth Gordhandas Sunderdas Medical College in 1980. He also did DM in Cardiology from Topiwala National Medical College & BYL Nair Charitable Hospital in 1986.

He has worked with hospitals such as Asian Heart Institute, Hinduja Hospital, Holy Family Hospital, and BSES Arogyanidhi Hospital. now , he is a part of Cardiological Society of India, American College of Cardiology, American Heart Association, Association of Physicians of Indian, and Indian Medical Association.
