Prof. Şamil Hızlı completed his medical studies in 1994 from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine and further went on to get a specialization degree in 1999 from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics and Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Medicine
Department of Pediatric Gastroenterology in 2006.
He started his career at the Hacettepe University İhsan Doğramacı Children Hospital and is currently working at the renowned Medicana International Ankara Hospital.
