• Dr. Amit Singh Barpha is a Hepatology & Liver Transplant Physician and he is a trained hepatologist and endoscopist, adapt in managing various complications of liver diseases, from diagnosis to treatment and management. 

• He is working as a  Consultant in Hepatology & Liver Transplant Physician at KIMS Hospital,Hyderabad

• His specialization includes Hepatology,Clinical Medicine,Patient Management,Gastroenterology, Patient Relationships ,Treatment Plans,Endoscopist.

• He is proficient in delivery of medical advice with focus on patient illness assessment, preparing diagnosis, and planning management especially in critically ill ICU-bound Liver patients.

• He has done research in  Low volume plasma exchange (PLEX) along with low dose steroids improves short and medium-term survival in severe alcoholic hepatitis patients, a case-control study- Accepted abstract: Indian journal of Gastroenterology 2019, (volume 37)
