• He is the Director and Head of the Department of Neonatology at Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Gurgaon.
•  He takes keen interest in educational
  activities and research. He has been involved in undergraduate and postgraduate medical training in India, Oman and the United Kingdon.
• He was also involved in training of doctors under various WHO Programmes for children.
• He is a national trainer for Neonatal Resuscitation Programme.
