• Dr Arun Kumar R has done special Training in Hand Surgery, Maxillo-Facial Surgery, Reconstructive Microvascular Surgery, Cleft Lip & Palate Surgeries.

• He has conducted various presentation namely a rare case of Large Female Inguinal Hernia (VULVAL ABDOMEN) – 2004, Malignant Tumors of Anal Canal – 2004, Comparison of SSG Donor Site Healing with Collagen and Conventional dressing (TANPAPS 2010).

• He has also attended various conferences such as Craniofacial Trauma Course with hands-on workshop – 2011, Diabetic Foot Care Management – Amritha Institute of Medical Sciences, KPSA Conference – 2010 & 2011.
