• Dr Bhawana Saddy Awasthy is an experienced and well-respected Medical and Clinical Oncologist in Delhi-NCR.

• Medical management of solid tumors, working with multi-disciplinary teams, has been of particular interest both in the private and government sector.

• After her post-graduation MD from Delhi University, she spent 12 years at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi in Cancer Care and Research before moving practice to large Oncology hospitals in the private sector.

• Her strengths include an honest and clear communication with patients, which results in an improved compliance and acceptance of the various treatment options.

• Dr Bhawana’s areas of expertise are medical management of solid malignancies including cancers of the breast, ovary, lung, colorectal, genitourinary system as well as sarcomas & multiple myeloma. She also specializes in Tumor Board Clinic based approaches for solid tumours including bone tumours,  head and neck tumours, breast tumours as well as  gynecologic, gastrointestinal and lung cancers.

• Dr Awasthy brings with her over 31 years of combined clinical-practice and clinical-research experience.
