• Dr. Falguni Parikh also visited the departments of Critical care Medicine and Infectious Diseases at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center PA USA on Hargobind Medical Foundation Fellowship in 2004(for 3 months)

• Dr. Falguni Parikh has wide experience in the field of internal medicine and has handled patients with multiple medical issues and geriatric patients.

• She has a special interest in diagnosis and treatment of diseases common to the tropics like Malaria, Leptospirosis, Dengue, Typhoid, Cholera, and Tuberculosis.

• She has handled patients with tuberculosis of spine, chest, abdomen, lymph nodes, genitourinary tract, and bones.

• She has managed infections like rickettsial, tropical ecsinophilia and filariasis beside rare bacterial and viral infections like Brucellosis, Ebstein Barr virus infections, etc.

• She has experience in the treatment of HIV/AIDS and opportunistic infections in these patients.
