• Assoc. Prof. Fatih Karaahmet completed his graduation from Ege University School of Medicine in 2004, followed by post-graduation from the reputed Hacettepe University School of Medicine, Istanbul in 2010.

• He has worked in some of the renowned institutes such as Hacettepe University, Urgup State Hospital, Diskapi Yildırım Beyazit Education and Research Hospital, Bingol State Hospital, Ankara Education and Research Hospital, Medicana International Hospital, Ankara.

• His expertise lies in Advanced endoscopic (ERCP) treatments for benign and malignant diseases of the biliary tract and pancreas, Endoscopic challenging interventions (intestinal bleeding, balloon dilatation, stent applications, endoscopic treatments of gastrointestinal and large intestine lesions) Treatments of the liver for Chronic hepatitis B / C, autoimmune hepatitis and liver cirrhosis, treatments of ulcerative colitis and Crohn's patients.

• He has successfully managed 1000+ endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography cases and has expertise in Gastroenterology, maintenance of Vitamin D level, and blood pressure relationship in kidney transplant patients.

• Moreover, he has many national and international publications under his credit and he is actively invited as a guest speaker in scientific meetings, CME's as a guest lecture to talk about ERCP.
