Dr. Hashir Safwan U

• After the completion of his Masters's, he returned to Mangalore and became a part of the Heafford Ortho Care. 

• His keen interest in Spine and an ambition to establish himself as an accomplished spine surgeon drove him to pursue further training as an AO Spine Fellow in Amrita Hospital, Cochin and in Toronto Western Hospital/SickKids, Toronto, Canada under Dr. Stephen Lewis.

• Dr.Safwan is an adept Spine surgeon dedicated to patient care and recovery. Acknowledging the importance of proper diagnosis, he strives to deliver treatment through both-best conservative methods and skilled surgical methods using the latest techniques and minimally invasive as well as endoscopic methods.

• Presently under Heafford ortho care, he conducts OPD in highland hospital. Also admits patients in Indiana hospital, Unity hospital, and Indira hospital. 

• He is also working as an associate professor of orthopedics and heads the spine team at Kanachur institute of medical sciences.

 

• He has published several publications in medical journals as a result of his considerable research efforts.
