He was instrumental in the formation of Tamil Nadu Interventional Cardiology Council( TIC ), a forum for Cardiology Interventional community across the state in the year 2013 and served as joint secretary for two consecutive years and successfully conducted TIC Conferences in 2013 and 2014.
In the interest of the general physicians, he established PCR Cardiometabolic forum in 2007 - an academic forum which conducts regular CMEs and other academic activities since its inception.
To increase public awareness about cardiovascular health, he has been running a Preventive Cardiology Clinic which has diagnostic and rehabilitation programs, from which interventional cases are translated to hospital settings.
As a part of community outreach, he has conducted and has been an active part of many health-check camps and awareness campaigns in various districts across the state spanning over the past 10 years.
