• Dr Tripathi began his clinical practice after an excellent academic record. In the Course of his academic career,he received many Travel Fellowships for presenting Research.

• To his Credit he has  Original Papers  in reputed Indexed Journals.

• He familiarised Nephrology Departments along with state-of-the-art Dialysis Units in Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital in Republic of Maldives & 6 centers across Delhi & NCR.

• He has organised around 53000 sessions of hemodialyses in different centers in NCR with good results.

• He is successfully engaged in kidney transplantations including Incompatible & High risk ones.He has expertize in management of Resistant hypertension,difficult-to-treat Nephrotic Syndromes,Complicated UTIs & high-risk Transplants. She  emphasises on Preventive aspects of kidney diseases.

• He has inculcated most of the humane qualities and has successfully incorporated in his day-to-day clinical practice.

• He is Unit Head & Faculty for DNB Studies at Artemis Hospitals.Recently National Societies- Indian Society of Nephrology & Indian Society of Organ Transplantation have conferred him with prestigious Fellowships-FISN & FISOT- for his lifetime contributions towards the development of Nephrology & Solid Organ Transplantation.

• He is also reigning as Joint Secretary of Indian Society of Organ Transplantation.
