• He has worked over 10 years in tertiary care PICUs in Indraprastha Apollo Hospital Delhi and Fortis Memorial Reserch Institute Gurgaon.

• He did Fellowship in Pediatric intensive care from Indraprastha Apollo Hospital Delhi.

• He is a national faculty in Pediatric Critical Conferences. He is a recognised teacher for the " IAP intensive care chapter and College of Pediatric Critical Care" Pediatric Intensive Care fellowship. He is the Consultant and PICU incharge at FMRI.

• He has presented papers in international pediatric critical conferences and has contributed chapters in national pediatric intensive care books.
