Dr. Neena Singh Kumar

• Dr. Neena Singh Kumar is a gynaecologist and obstetrician with 28 years of experience. She is the Director of Gynecology Robotic Surgery at Fortis Escorts Heart Institute, as well as a Senior Gynecological Endoscopic Surgeon with the Fortis Group of Hospitals. She also heads the department of limited access gyne surgery at Holy Family Hospital in Okhla Road, New Delhi.

• During her undergraduate years at the Medical College of Amritsar, she had an outstanding academic record. In November of 1986, I received my medical degree, along with multiple Gold and Silver Medals and Scholarships.

• She is well-known in the medical community for her contributions to the disciplines of gynaecological endoscopy (keyhole surgery, limited access surgery) and endocrinology.

• In May 1991, she received her M.D. in Obstetrics and Gynecology and worked as a Research Medical Officer for an ICMR Project at Kasturba Hospital in New Delhi, after which she completed a three-year senior residency at Lady Hardinge Medical College in New Delhi.

• In a book called "step by step: tubo - uterine variables in infertility" released by Jaypee brothers in 2007, she contributed chapters on laparoscopic myomectomy, laparoscopic endometriosis, and tubal end to end anastomosis.
