Dr. Nitin Sardana

• Dr. Nitin Sardana is currently working as the Senior Consultant of General Surgeon, Bariatric Surgeon at Fortis Hospital, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.

• He received his MBBS from Manipal University in 2003, his MD from BHU in Varanasi in 2008, and his DM Cardiology from Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiology in Bangalore in 2013. During his MD and DM courses, he published multiple publications in reputable international journals.

• He is the country's first doctor to employ the PVP patch to treat umbilical and epigastric hernias.

•  His special interests are minimal access surgery, complex hernia surgery, breast disease, and anorectal disease.
