•  Dr. Omer Faruk Sendur completed her medical studies in 1980 from the Dicle University Faculty of Medicine and further went on to get a specialization degree From Dicle University Faculty of Medicine FTR 1981-1984
•  She started her career in 1989 from Dicle University
  Faculty of Medicine FTR Associate Professor, Department of Rehabilitation and currently She is  at the renowned Medicana International İzmir Hastanesiin.
• She is known for providing stellar treatment for multiple diseases and disorders, including  Neurological Rehabilitation, Adult; Stroke, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis etc., Pediatric; CP rehabilitation, Spasticity treatment (botox application), Nerve Compressions, Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Peripheral joint pains (Knee, Shoulder, Hip etc.), Low back and Neck Pain, Posture disorders and Scoliosis treatment, Sports Injuries and Rehabilitation.
• She has over 33 years of experience as an Physical therapist and Rehabilitation Specialist and has particularly made a name for herself when it comes to Emergency Medicine.
• She has primarily worked with more than three hospitals during her tenure and has cured multiple patients with different types of procedures.
• She has certain Scientific Association Memberships like TFTR (Turkish Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Association), ISPRM (International Society of PM&R), EPMR (European Society of PM&R), TLAR (Turkish League Against Rheumatism), National Osteoporosis Association, Algology Association.
