• Dr. Ömer Önder Savaş completed his medical studies in 2004 from the Marmara University Faculty of Medicine and further went on to get a specialization degree in 2010 from the Ankara Atatürk Education and Research Hospital Internal Medicine Clinic and Ankara Numune Education and Research Hospital Hematology Clinic in 2014. 

• He started her career in 2005 at Internal Diseases Specialization Education, and is currently working at the renowned Medicana Bursa.

• He is known for performing various procedures, including Anemias (Acquired / genetic), thalassemias (Mediterranean anemia), ITP and other thrombocytopenias, hemolytic anemias, etc.), Multiple myeloma, Myelodysplastic syndrome and Lymphoma. 

• He also specializes in treating various disorders, like Hereditary thrombophilia, Hemophilia, Pregnancy-related thrombocytopenia, Chronic myeloid leukemia, Chronic myeloid leukemia, high-risk pregnancy follow-up in terms of vera, essential thrombocytosis, primary myelofibrosis), thrombophilia.

• He has over 15 years of experience as a Hematologist and has particularly made a name for himself when it comes to the treatment of thalassemias.

• He has primarily worked with five hospitals during his tenure and has cured multiple patients with different types of procedures.
