Dr. P. Kar

• Dr. P Kar works in the Max Super Speciality Hospital in Vaishali as a Senior Consultant and Head of Gastroenterology and Hepatology. 

• His academic credentials include an MBBS from the Gauhati Medical College & Hospital in Assam, an MD from the same institution, and a DM in Gastroenterology from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi. 

• He has been a member of the Indian Society of Gastroenterology, the Indian National Society for the Study of the Liver, and the Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy of India for over 38 years.

• With 35 years of experience in gastroenterology and hepatology, he has developed a special interest in hepatology, including transplant hepatology, therapeutic endoscopy, and endoscopic ultrasound.
