• Dr Pooja is a consultant in the MICU and has 10 years of experience in critical care with background training as an Anesthesiologist.

• Dr Pooja graduated from JIPMER (Pondicherry) in 2003 and completed her post graduation (DA/MD) in Anaesthesiology from govt medical college ,Thiruvananthapuram in 2008.

• She started her career in critical care medicine in 2010 and did her fellowship in intensive care medicine (RGUHS) from Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences & Researchand has also completed her IDCCM and EDICin Critical care medicine.

• She is a trained ATLS provider and FCCS instructor. She started her career as Anaesthesiologist in 2005 and moved to critical care medicine in 2010.

• After finishing her training in critical care medicine she has been associated with fortis healthcare for 7 years now.

• She has also gained vast experience in critical care at one of the world's leading trauma and intensive care units at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, Australia.

• Area of Expertise: Liver Transplant critical care.
