About Doctor DR. RAJAN P

Dr. Rajan completed his MBBS from Calicut Medical College in the year 1972, MS from the same institution in 1976 and FRCS from Glasgow in 1986.
He has had extensive experience working in Calicut Medical College and in the Ministry of Health, UAE.
He was also employed
at PVS Hospital, Calicut where he is currently rendering his services on a consultancy basis.
He was Professor and Head of the department of Surgery of Calicut Medical College.
He has a brilliant academic record, which includes several gold medals and he was also the Best Outgoing Student of Calicut Medical College MBBS batch in 1972.
He has presented various academic and research papers and has also delivered Calicut Medical College the Alumni Oration in 1996 and Professor Ragavachari oration in 2005 on the topic “Peptic Ulcers”.
The Government of Kerala appointed him as Emeritus Professor of Surgery Calicut Medical College.
He was Secretary of Association of Surgeons of India Kerala chapter.
He has Delivered Mohandas memorial award oration in the year 2012(A.S.I).
Received best faculty award (A.S.I. Kerala chapters 2014).
