Dr. Nambiar began her medical career at the MES Medical Mission Hospital in Rural Wayanad, Kerala, India.

She worked as a Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Consultant in Reproductive Medicine in well-known hospitals in India and Saudi Arabia before moving to the UAE.
She relocated to the United Arab Emirates in 2009, where she worked in prestigious facilities such as Al Rabha Hospital, Ruwais Hospital ADNOC, and NMC Royal Hospital.
She is an expert in obstetrics and gynecology procedures, operational hysteroscopy and laparoscopy, cervical cancer screening with colposcopy and procedures, transvaginal endosonography, and comprehensive couple care of infertility.
Dr. Ritu has received acclaim for her work at hospitals all over the world.
