With more than 13 years of expertise, he is a bariatric surgeon who specializes in general weight loss and laparoscopic
surgery.
He earned his MD, MS, FACS, FMABS, FIASGO, FHBPS, FIAGES, and FMAS degrees.
Army Hospital Research and Referral in Delhi, India, provided him with his initial surgical training.
He also finished his fellowship in laparoscopy and bariatric surgery at Shri Ganga Ram Ram Hospital in Delhi at the same time.
He received advanced laparoscopic training at the Athens Medical Centre in Greece to hone his skills.
He also finished a hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery residency in Japan.
From France and Thailand, he received another fellowship in endoscopic thyroid surgery.
He also received a fellowship from the American College of Surgeons at the same time.
He is passionate about colorectal, pancreatic, biliary, gastric sleeve surgery, endoscopic thyroidectomy, and gastrointestinal onco-surgery.
He has successfully managed more than 6000 procedures with his team so far.
He is currently the Medical Director and Head of Surgery Department at Medeor Hospital in Dubai. He's also created a number of specialized medical programs.
