He has worked in Guy's & St. Thomas Trust Department of Paediatric Cardiology, London.
Currently he is the Director of the Department of Paediatric Cardiology at Fortis Escorts Heart Institute.
He has been visiting fellow at the Department Of Cardiology, Division Of Echocardiography, Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota, USA for 3 Weeks In 1990
His area of expertise are in coil closure of PDA, Balloon Valvuloplasty, Cardiac catheterization, Echocardiography, Non-surgical closure of PDA including devices.
For the first time in India, he started the procedure of Balloon dilation of the Arterial Septum and PDA coil closure.
He is distinguished for performing more than 3000 cardiac catheterizations.
He has also executed over 5000 echocardiography cases.
