Dr. Shaikat Gupta is an award-winning Surgical Oncologist in Kolkata with experience of 13 years in the field and well
applauded by both the medical fraternity and patients.He specialises in all kinds of cancer surgeries such as Breast Cancer, Head and Neck Cancer, Surgery for Mediastinal Tumours, Gynaecological Cancers, and Lungs and Oesophageal Cancers to mention a few.
Since 2007, he has been delivering lectures in medical colleges and conferences both in India and abroad.
He is a member of the Royal Society of Medicine, Association of Surgeons of India, Indian Association of Surgical Oncology, and the Indian Society of Oncology.
Dr Gupta was an academic topper in MBBS and MS. He also got the best thesis prize in MS, honours in Surgery, Gynaecology, and Pharma; he won countless prizes, medals and awards during his time in medical schools.
He is fluent in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
