• Dr Sheela Chakravarthy is an internal medicine specialist.

• She has over three decades of experience in different aspects of internal medicine.

• She is a  post graduate from the renowned Mysore Medical College and Bangalore Medical colleges.

• She has also acquired a “Fellowship in Neurology” from the Rajiv Gandhi University Health Sciences.

• Dr. Sheela  was instrumental in establishing the Department of Medicine at Wockhardt Hospital, Cunningham Road in the year 1991, which later became Fortis Hospitals.

• Ever since, she has developed the department into a vibrant unit having excellent outcomes. With her enormous efforts the department has become a teaching unit now.

• She is the Director of Medicine at the Fortis Hospital Bannerghatta Road.

• She is also a part of training young doctors in pursuit of excellence in internal medicine.

• She is a member of Karnataka Medical Council.
