• Dr. Shivanand Patil is a renowned Cardiologist with a rich experience of over 20 years.

• He has been associated with the Department of Cardiology at some of the most prestigious institutes in India including the Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad, and Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiology, Bangalore.

• He completed his MBBS and MD (Internal Medicine) from M R Medical College, Gulbarga followed by DM(Cardiology) from Sri Jayadeva Institute Of Cardiology, Bangalore.

• Dr. Shivanand has performed more than 15000 Cath Lab procedures including diagnostic and interventional procedures.

• He specializes in Coronary Angioplasty (both radial & femoral), Mitral, Aortic & Pulmonary Valvuloplasties, Peripheral Angioplasties, Pacemaker Implantation, ASD, VSD & PDA device closures.

• He is an expert at interpreting complex rhythm abnormalities of the heart; analyzing Holter monitoring, TMT, 2D Echocardiography & Transoesophageal Echocardiography. He is also a distinguished academician and has delivered many lectures in various conferences and training programs and holds many publications to his name in various national & international journals.
