Dr. Siddharth V.T.

• Dr. Siddharth V.T. has been a part of the Heart transplant team in Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai, 25.10.2017. First heart transplant in South Tamilnadu. Assisted the recipient team. Received appreciation for the same from our Honorable Chief Minister of Tamilnadu Mr.Edapadi K.Palanisamy.

• Have been part of recipient team in second Heart transplant- 02.02.2018. Have been actively involved in the pre-operative workup and management and post-operative care of transplant patients.

• Have assisted for around 40 Renal Transplantations – Recipient team.

• Kasturba Medical College, Manipal University, Manipal, awarded the best outgoing student in M.S., General Surgery (Award instituted in remembrance of Late Sri B Putte Gowda of Chickmagalur, considered a Gold Medal). 

• The Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR medical university granted Mrs. Suseela Santhosam the Memorial gold medal award in M.Ch(Cardiothoracic) examination. Many research papers were presented at national conferences.

 

• The best paper award under Prof. Suresh C. Tyagi Symposium for Young Faculty award at the 10th Annual Conference of International Academy of Cardio Vascular Sciences – India Section at Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai, Tamilnadu.
