• She is a gastroenterologist in private practise at Fortis Hiranandani Hospital in Navi Mumbai.

• She completed her postgraduate training in gastroenterology at Bombay hospital under the supervision of eminent gastroenterologist and hepatologist Dr Deepak N Amarapurkar.

• Later, she joined the Gastroenterology department at Seth G.S. Medical College & Hospital in Mumbai, where she received training in endoscopic procedures.

• Her area of expertise is in the management of patients suffering from functional gastrointestinal disorders, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, liver disease, and pancreatitis.
