• He is  a part of a team which caters to the criticalcare/emergency needs of the hospital which is a multi-speciality tertiary care referral centre headed by Dr. N. Srujan.

• He manage the critical care unit which is a 12+1 bedded medical ICU. He manage a variety of critical patients (respiratory, neurology, nephrology, sepsis, gastroenterology, etc.) including their ventilatory management and perform the needful procedures (ultrasound guided central line, arterial line, paracentesis, lumbar punctures, etc.).

• He  have successfully managed many cases of poisoning like organo-phosphorus, digitalis, beta blockers, benzodiazepam and others.

• In the Emergency Unit I'm among the team of doctors responsible for performing Basic as well as advanced life support. This includes performing high quality CPR, maintenance of the airway, establishing an intravenous access, providing neck and spine support for trauma patients, using LMA/i-gel and interpreting ECG rhythms and performing defibrillation as and when required.

• We have regular departmental and interdepartmental meetings. We also undertake monthly mortality meets. We have strict curriculum and schedule for different topic to be taken in our department. We now have taken the initiative to train our whole hospital staff including the administrative and managerial for BLS care.

• His first exposure to anaesthesia was as an intern in India. It was this experience that helped me decide on choosing anaesthesia, intensive care and pain management as a career.

•  He have been fortunate to train at one of the best centres in India. This has given me time to think about aspects of anaesthesia that have always fascinated me. His main interests in anaesthesia are CARDIAC PATIENTS FOR NON CARDIAC SURGERIES, regional anaesthesia,PAIN MANAGEMNT,.

•  He have been involved in clinical trials on varied aspects of anaesthesia. He wish to be actively involved in research in the future as well. To this end, he tirelessly endeavor to learn and work hard at work. His interest in sub-specialties of pain medicine and regional anaesthesia has been progressively increasing with passage of time.

• The experience that he have gained in India as a post graduate in anaesthesiology has helped him develop good knowledge about the principles of these fields. The challenges and the rewarding nature of pain medicine make anaesthesiology a complete subject.

 

• Apart from presenting regular departmental seminars he also presented many seminars as part of the weekly hospital meet.

• He Presented a talk on Non Invasive Ventilation (NIV) as a part of FAST (focussed anesthesia seminars for trainees) on behalf of ISA - Hyderabad City branch on 4th NOV 2012.

• He has Active participation in training programmes like Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) for in hospital medical and paramedical personnel.

• He Actively involved in bedside teaching for post-graduate trainees, undergraduate students, house surgeons and paramedical students

• During which he was responsible for primary medical treatment, sending relevant investigations and interpreting of lab results. Under the guidance of senior faculty performed many emergency medical procedures and managed various medical emergencies.

• He Worked As Cardiothoracic Anaesthesia Registrar ,During Which Period he was Exclusively Involved In Cath Lab Procedures Like Angiograms And Ptca. Valve Replacement Surgeries,Cabg-On Pump And Off Pump,Pneumonectomies And Thoracic And Abdominal Aorta Repairs And Various Vasular Surgeries.

• He underwent a two year comprehensive and structured training in anesthesia at SVS MEDICAL COLLEGE MAHABOOBNAGAR,UNDER DR.NTR UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES,TELANGANA.
