• Dr Sumit Singh is Considered to be a All India Institute of Medical sciences Topper and a trophy Awardee of BL SONI at AIIMS he later joined as a school within the year 2000 in the same institute .

• He was the one to Start the first Headache clinic in India under the government Sector in AIIMS in the year 2002.

• He is a known to be an expert in headache disorders and has been the prominent figure in co authoring the headache management guidelines for the Indian subcontinent.
