Dr. Suraj Subramaniam

• Dr. Suraj is a Laparoscopic surgeon with 15 years experience.

• Dr. Suraj holds an IAGES recognized International Minimal Access Bariatric Surgery Fellowship from IRCAD, Taiwan and is passionate about running a dedicated Bariatric Centre at Fortis.

• He has successfully completed a lap sleeve gastroectomy on a 9 year obese patient with Prader Willi Syndrome.

• Besides General & Laparoscopic Surgeries, Dr. Suraj has completed CCrISP Course - certified by Royal College of Surgeons of England, making him a qualified Critical Care Surgical specialist.

• He is also a professional Tamil Literary Orator and has delivered many lectures on the language classics. He is fluent in English, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam.
