She received the prize for outstanding research presentation in the Northern Region of the United Kingdom.
In her fourth year of medical school, she was awarded a distinction.
She specialises in Lasik surgery, Phacoemulsification Surgery (MICS), Refractive Surgery, and Orbital Implant Evisceration. She also conducts Trabeculectomy and Traumatic Lid Repair using SICS. She is also an expert in Glaucoma, Entropion, Ectropion, DCR, and DCT.
She is interested in corporate and international marketing, and she has held camps at the American consulate, Hero Honda, and Indian Oil Corporation.
She was instrumental in establishing the Eye Department at Dubai as a joint venture of Apollo Hospitals.
