Dr.Umut Bektaş completed his graduate education in Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1989, and then his graduate education in Ankara University Faculty of Medicine Orthopedics Specialization Program in 1995.
He specializes in Arthroscopic Surgery (knee, shoulder, wrist,
ankle, elbow joints), Hip Arthroscopy (since January 2011), Prosthetic Surgery, Orthopedic Trauma, Spine Surgery, and Pediatric Orthopedics.
His Medical Interests are Arthroscopic surgery (knee, shoulder, wrist, ankle, elbow joints), hip arthroscopy (since January 2001), Dr prosthetic surgery, orthopedic trauma, spine surgery, and pediatric orthopedics.
He is also a Board Member of Çankaya Branch of Turkish Sports Injuries Arthroscopy and Knee Surgery.
He has over 50 national and international scientific articles and notices. He has served as a speaker and lecturer in many scientific congresses and courses.
