• Dr.Umut Bektaş completed his graduate education in Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1989, and then his graduate education in Ankara University Faculty of Medicine Orthopedics Specialization Program in 1995.

• He specializes in Arthroscopic Surgery (knee, shoulder, wrist, ankle, elbow joints), Hip Arthroscopy (since January 2011), Prosthetic Surgery, Orthopedic Trauma, Spine Surgery, and Pediatric Orthopedics.

• His Medical Interests are Arthroscopic surgery (knee, shoulder, wrist, ankle, elbow joints), hip arthroscopy (since January 2001), Dr prosthetic surgery, orthopedic trauma, spine surgery, and pediatric orthopedics.

• He is also a Board Member of Çankaya Branch of Turkish Sports Injuries Arthroscopy and Knee Surgery.

• He has over 50 national and international scientific articles and notices. He has served as a speaker and lecturer in many scientific congresses and courses.
