Dr. V. Nanda Kishore

• Dr. V. Nanda Kishore is a Paediatric Intensivist and has an experience in this field.

• He is working as a  Consultant in Paediatric Intensivist at KIMS Hospital,Hyderabad

• His specialization includes Paediatric Intensivist

• He has special interes in ECMO (Extra Corporeal Membrane Oxygenation) and gained good experience while working at Great Ormond Street Hospital and Glenfield Hospital, Leicester.

• He returned back to India in 2012 to serve the country and improve standards of medical care. He joined Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS), Hyderabad along with a group of doctors from the U.K and started PICU services.

• He is in charge for PICU (Paediatric Intensive Care Unit), CICU (Cardiac Intensive Care Unit) and NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit).

• He started the ECMO program at KIMS and is able to save the sickest children where conventional management is not helpful. Dr Nanda kishore has a vision of improving the PICU standards at an affordable cost within the reach of the common man in India.

• In the U.K he underwent structured training in Paediatrics

• He completed MRCPCH.

• He joined Paediatric Intensive care to pursue further specialisation. The PICUs (Paediatric Intensive Care Units) at both the hospitals are the biggest in the U.K and offer quaternary Paediatric care.
