• After doing his MBBS & post graduation from Mumbai University, he did his Super speciality training in Surgical Gastroenterology from prestigious Lilavati Hospital, Mumbai.

• He also has done Advanced Fellowship in Liver Transplantation & Fellowship in Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery, Birmingham, UK.

• He is active member of many national surgical associations like ASI, IASG, IHPBA, ACRSI, MAS, IAGES, IHA & IMA. He has been awarded many fellowships like FACRSI, IAGES & FMAS.
