• Prof. Sefa Güliter completed his graduation at Ankara University School of Medicine in 1987. He did his postgraduate training at SSK Ankara Hospital Department Internal Diseases in 1992, after which he continued the Residency Program at the Department of Gastroenterology in Gazi University School of Medicine.

• He has worked at some of the prestigious healthcare facilities like SB Etimesgut State Hospital, Kirklareli University, Minasera Aldan Hospital, and Gazi University School of Medicine. He worked at the Kirklareli University School of Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine as an Associate Professor from 2006 to 2011 and later as a Professor from 2011 to 2016.

• After working at Minasera Aldan Hospital for a year, Dr. Sefa Guliter joined Medicana International Hospital, Gastroenterology Department, in 2017. Dr. Sefa Guliter, currently working as a professor at Medicana International Hospital, Ankara Gastroenterology. 

• His areas of expertise include cancer, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Gallbladder Disease, Celiac Disease, GERD, Cirrhosis. His expertise also lies in endoscopic procedures.

• Under his credit, there are both national and international publications and he is actively invited as a guest speaker in scientific meetings, CDE's and worldwide conferences to talk about Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
