About Dr. Anupam Sibal
In 1998, he was instrumental in establishing India's first successful liver transplant programme. Gastroenterology and Hepatology, as well as Paediatrics and Neonatology, are areas of expertise.
He has also worked with transplant facilities that have just begun to undertake more paediatric work – Renal and Liver Transplants, as well as a Bone Marrow Transplant unit – throughout the years.
His areas of interest are liver, gastrointestinal, and dietary disorders in children and adolescents.
He is a member of several organisations, including the Indian Academy of Pediatrics, the Indian Association for the Study of the Liver, and the Indian Medical Association.
