• Associate Professor Haluk Celik graduated from Istanbul University's Faculty of Medicine in 2009 and completed his specialty training in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology at işli Etfal Training and Research Hospital in 2014.

• In 2014, he worked with Gary Gartsman, a world-renowned shoulder surgeon, at Texas Orthopedic Hospital in Houston, Texas, USA. Associate Professor Haluk Celik returned to the United States in 2017 following his compulsory service and completed his minor training in Sports Surgery at the San Diego Scripps Clinic, where he participated in numerous scientific studies that contributed to the medical literature.

• He worked as a doctor for the A-National Women's Basketball Team from 2016 to 2020.

• Between 2018 and 2021, he worked at Ümraniye Training and Research Hospital, where he was promoted to Associate Professor in 2020.

• Apart from general orthopedics and fracture surgery, he has advanced training in ligament, cartilage, and meniscus surgery in the knee joint, tendon tears, recurrent shoulder dislocation surgery, and knee, hip, and shoulder prosthesis surgery. Additionally, he is interested in the treatment of sports injuries and regenerative treatments.

• He is a member of the Turkish Sports Injuries, Arthroscopy, and Knee Surgery Associations as well as the Turkish Shoulder and Elbow Surgery Associations. 

• He has presented at numerous scientific congresses and taught courses. He is one of the academicians who represent the country internationally in his field by continuing to serve as assistant editor at ESSKA Academy, the European Society for Sports Injuries, Knee Surgery, and Arthroscopy's training platform (ESSKA). 

• He holds a degree in Orthopedics and Traumatology and is a Turkish Orthopedics and Traumatology Education Council member.
