• He graduated from the famous Maulana Azad Medical College in Delhi in 1990 and has worked in both the commercial and public sectors with some of the country's best institutions. Only Maulana Azad Medical College provided him with his postgraduate training in General Surgery.

• He was a trailblazer in bringing laparoscopic surgery to even the most distant parts of northern India. He traveled widely throughout Bihar, Rajasthan, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Uttaranchal, Punjab, Jammu & Kashmir, and even Manipur to train new surgeons and gynecologists in laparoscopic surgery.

• He specializes in sleeve Gastrectomy, Advanced Minimal Access Surgeries, Laparoscopic Hiatus Hernia repair, complete Laparoscopic Hysterectomy, Laparoscopic Adrenalectomy, and Laparoscopic Abdomino Perineal Resection (APR).

• He also founded the “Tubular Vision” association, which comprises Gynaecologists and surgeons from all across India and overseas as members. Tubular Vision holds monthly CME and conferences to teach new surgeons and raise awareness about Minimal Access Surgeries.
